- To enable user participation on the Discussion Page.

3. Contact Confidentiality & Information Masking
Your business contact details (email, phone number, contact person details) are kept strictly confidential and masked from all other users.
Contact details are revealed to another party only when a Buyer accepts a quote by spending the required 10 Credits.
Masking contact details prevents unverified or unwanted suppliers/buyers from harassing you via unsolicited emails or phone calls.
Data Protection & Security
We implement robust technical, administrative, and physical security measures to protect your documents and company data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
Verification documents submitted during onboarding are strictly used for internal verification and are never publicly displayed or sold to third parties.
Data Sharing & Third Parties
- We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal or business data to third parties for marketing purposes.
- Information is shared with other users only as part of the core platform workflow (i.e., after deal acceptance).
- We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.
Account Suspension & Data Retention
If an account is suspended due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions (such as sharing direct contact details in images/documents before deal acceptance), we retain necessary logs to prevent re-registration and enforce platform rules.
Users may request account deletion by contacting our support team, provided there are no active disputes or policy violations.
